If the ordered products can not be taken into store, you can have them delivered by mail. Transport costs will be calculated automatically through our website by value, weight and destination.
We export to several countries, including the United States and Europe.
We also encourage you to make purchasing groups and thus share the costs of tranport for international.
All orders are shipped by different carriers depending on the destination and package format: Canpar, UPS, Purolator, Postes Canada, FedEx, Dicom and more. Your package tracking number will be automatically sent to let you know its status.
Some products aren't in stock at our website, we order from our suppliers regularly. The majority of them must be provided within two to three weeks, but it depends on the provider and availability of certain imported products. However, we recommend you request an estimate of the delivery because it really varies by provider and the time of year. We can also offer you some alternatives if necessary.
The applicable sales taxes vary depending on where you live.
For purchases made in Quebec (Canada), the tax on goods and services (GST 5%) and Quebec Sales Tax (QST 9.95%) are charged on the total value of goods and shipping costs . For other provinces, the calculation will be made according to the Harmonized Sales Tax (HST).
For other countries, our products will be invoiced without taxes. The duties of your country will take care to assess the value of items and associate the right percentage to add. Expect minimally to pay the usual percentage of your national sales taxes. Other customs management fees may also apply. We are not responsible for this component. In stock products are normally shipped within one or two business days following the order. For standard products to produce or out of stock, you can cancel your order within 5 working days. Reimbursement will be made by your method of payment.
For custom creations, with a deposit, it is not possible to refund following a cancellation by you. However, we can make changes to your order if it is not started.
Your character died? The armor or clothing don't fit you? No problem. It's important to us that you are always completely satisfied when you deal with us. That is why we understand that you may change your mind after your purchase. Online or in store, it's easy to exchange your item.

In store and online, Les Artisans d'Azure, we’re so confident that our prices are the lowest in the market that there’s little chance you’ll actually find a lower price in another store. And don’t forget that our prices always include free delivery for order over $250 from Canda & USA.
However, if within 30 days of your purchase, you find the same model of the identical item from the same manufacturer at a lower price at another local retailer, Les Artisans d'Azure will be pleased to refund you the difference, once we’ve checked all the details of the selling price at our competitor’s store. To receive your refund, you will have to present us with proof of the retail price in effect at that store, in the form of a printed or electronic advertisement that shows the date.
The total price of the identical item at the other local retailer must be in Canadian dollars, must include all charges for delivery in Canada & USA if the order are $250 and more. In addition, the price adjustment will be made on the price of the complete transaction and not only on the advertised price of the identical item. If you received a promotional discount when you purchased the item from us, that discount will be considered in determining the comparison price. Items purchased on sale, or under liquidation, or as part of a special promotion are not eligible for price adjustments.
This best-price guarantee does not apply in cases where a composition or typographical error has been made in the advertisement, whether it be with regard to the price shown, or a printing error, or an advertisement that was withdrawn or corrected, or items that were not in stock or were available in limited quantities, or at special prices, or as special offers or limited-time offers or offers for special events (such as Boxing Day, Boxing Week, Black Friday, etc), or in connection with discounts, coupons, vouchers, premiums, gift cards, cash-back rebates, freebie bonuses, educational discounts, gifts with purchases, items being liquidated or sold without guarantees, preferred-customer discounts, second-hand or reconditioned items, end-of-line items, damaged items, “as-is” items, worn previously returned items, refurbished items, floor models, manufacturer’s discounts, merchants considered "Small Suppliers" by law, or items sold in store bankruptcy and/or closing sales.

Les Artisans d'Azure have quality in his heart for products designed for the hard life of LARP. Every item produced in our workshop is finely inspected to be conform, solid and defect free factory. However, our creations don't come from industrial production, but a handcrafted. The color of materials, dyes and some details may vary slightly from the photos on the website. This is one of the charms of creating by hand: you will be unique!
