Warranty Policies

Our online store and boutique carry many brands, but we are especially proud of the armor we build ourselves. This Lifetime Repair Warranty applies exclusively to our house-brand leather products crafted by Artisans d'Azure. We do not exchange used items, but we will gladly repair the structural integrity of our own creations.

• What is covered: Snapped leather straps, popped rivets, broken buckles, or unraveled structural stitching.
• What is NOT covered: Normal wear and tear, scuffs, scratches from combat, or damage from improper storage (like extreme heat or mold).

Because foam weapons are actively used to strike targets in combat, they naturally experience wear. All Nemesis Workshops weapons come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery.

• What is covered: Un-glued foam seams, premature latex delamination not caused by friction, or internal core rattling under normal use.
• What is NOT covered: Paint fading from combat friction, tip tear-outs from stabbing hard surfaces, or damage from abusive combat. This warranty also strictly excludes weapons used for commercial purposes (such as LARP day camps or rental services), as well as second-hand purchases and factory seconds (our Initium line).

Important: To ensure your warranty remains valid, you must follow the maintenance guidelines outlined in our official Weapon User's Guide.

Les Artisans d'Azure is the proud official Canadian Return Center for brands like Epic Armoury, Burgschneider, Calimacil, and Leonardo Carbone.

If you experience a manufacturing defect with these brands purchased through us, please contact our support team. We will process the warranty claim according to the manufacturer's specific policies. For all other brands and general merchandise, please view our standard 30-day return policy.
