In-Store Pickup: How It Works
You can easily shop our entire online catalog and pick up your order directly at our St-Elie location, but the process has changed. Please read carefully before arriving!
The Process
- Order Online: Shop our website and select "In-Store Pickup | St-Elie" at checkout. Since we do not hold standard inventory here, you are essentially reserving items located at our Montreal or Bicolline stores.
- The Transfer: Our team will gather your items and transfer them to our St-Elie workshop. Please allow a few days for this internal logistics transfer.
- Wait for Confirmation: You must wait to receive your "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email before visiting us.
⚠️ Important Walk-In Reminder: There is NO standard online inventory available on our shelves for immediate walk-in purchases. If you visit us without a pre-order hoping to buy a specific standard tunic, armor, or weapon, we will not have it!
Walk-in shopping is strictly reserved for DIY materials, tools, clearance items, and unique pieces.

Local FAQ : St-Elie-de-Caxton Store
Can I buy a standard Nemesis sword or an Azure armor if I just walk in?
No. Our standard retail inventory has been moved to our Montreal and Bicolline locations. To guarantee a specific standard item, you must order it online in advance and choose the St-Elie pickup option. The walk-in inventory here is strictly limited to clearance items, unique pieces, and crafting materials.
What happens to my pickup order if the St-Elie store is closed for a Bicolline event?
Don't worry! As mentioned in our schedule, when Bicolline awakens, our team moves to the Duchy. All pending "St-Elie Pickup" orders are safely transferred to our on-site Bicolline store so you can grab your gear directly on the battlefield.
I just placed an order for St-Elie pickup. Can I come get it today?
Usually, no. Because we do not hold standard inventory in St-Elie, your items must be transferred from our Montreal or Bicolline warehouses first. Please allow a few days for this internal transfer, and do not travel to the store until you have received your official "Ready for Pickup" confirmation email.
