Two spaces, two passions
We offer workspaces equipped and adapted to your craft.
Sewing Space
- Your workstation: A personal workstation with an industrial sewing machine.
- Access to equipment: High-quality shared equipment, including a serger, cutting table, industrial iron, and more.
- Price: $300 per month.
Leather Space
- Your desk: A personal desk with a base you need for leatherwork (chair, cutting mat, storage, etc.).
- Access to equipment: Shared equipment, including a dye hood, hydraulic press, sanding table, and cutting tables.
- Price: $350 per month.
Both packages include access to the employee lounge, electricity, heating, and Internet access.

CLEAR CONDITIONS FOR A
Peaceful collaboration
To ensure that everyone is on the same page, here are the key points of our policy:
- 45-day trial period: To make sure the space is right for you.
After this period, you get full access to the workshop (6 a.m. to 11 p.m.). - Discounts: As a tenant, you will receive a minimum discount of 10% on materials and tools sold in our store.
- Preliminary meeting: Before welcoming you, we will hold a selection interview. The goal is to ensure a good fit and potentially explore opportunities for collaborative projects.
- Flexible lease: Our leases are for 6 months or 1 year, with the possibility of tacit renewal.
A contract including all details and policies will be provided.
