How do I get to the store and is there parking?
We are incredibly easy to reach! Located right at the foot of the Jacques-Cartier Bridge, our store is just a short walk from the Papineau Metro station. While we don't have a private parking lot, there is plenty of accessible and reasonably priced metered parking directly on our commercial street.
Do you have every item from the website in stock at the store?
Not exactly. While we offer a massive variety to cover every LARP style, we keep limited quantities of each specific item or size. Our online store features many "Pre-Order" items, which include products we craft in-house and gear we regularly order from our partner brands. To guarantee we have exactly what you need when you arrive, we highly recommend placing an online order and waiting for your "In-Store Pickup" confirmation email before visiting!
Can I get a tour of the workshops and production floor?
For safety reasons and to let our artisans focus on their daily craft, our production workshops (leather, metal, dye, and sewing) are generally restricted to the public. However, we do open our doors for special occasions throughout the year! Keep an eye out for our famous Workshop Sales (Ventes d'Atelier) and our specialized training sessions, where you can get an exclusive look behind the scenes.
Can I order something to be transferred to the St-Elie or Bicolline store?
Absolutely. If you shop online, you can select our other locations for pickup. Just keep in mind that transferring inventory from this main Montreal headquarters to our seasonal St-Elie location or our Bicolline event store takes about a week.
