Description
The naginata is an oriental pole weapon from medieval and feudal Japan. Widely used by the samurai cast as well as their retainers, this cutting polearm was also the iconic weapon of the Sōhei warrior monks, as well as the onna-bugeisha, famous women fighters coming from the nobility. The long reach of this bladed weapon was meant to keep the opponent at bay, and mitigate the advantages of larger and stronger foes. This latex reproduction is perfect for LARP combat and might be used for monastic warriors, martial artists, samurais, and even elven guards in fantasy settings.
