What happened to my old Nemesis Workshops account?
Good news: we have successfully migrated your account! However, for security reasons, passwords cannot be transferred. You will receive an automated email inviting you to "Reactivate your account" on the Artisans d'Azure website. Simply click the link to set a new password.
Note: Past order history from the old site could not be imported, but our customer service team has full access to the old database if you ever need to look up a past order for a warranty claim!
What happened to my Nemesis XP (Loyalty Points)?
Your rewards are better than ever! While the old Nemesis XP program has ended, we have converted all remaining positive point balances into direct discount coupons. These will be emailed to you and are now valid on the entire Artisans d'Azure website. You can use your old Nemesis points to buy leather armor, clothing, or partner brand gear!
What about my unspent Nemesis Gift Cards?
Your money is safe. If you have an active, unused digital gift card from the old Nemesis website, we have recreated it on this website. You have received a new gift card of the same value via email, which will work perfectly on the Artisans d'Azure website.
Are my old Nemesis warranties still valid?
Absolutely. The standard 1-Year Limited Warranty on Nemesis weapons remains fully intact. You can process any warranty claims directly through our centralized Warranty Information page on this site.
Are the St-Elie showroom and Bicolline boutique still open?
Yes, and they are better than ever! Just like our website, our physical locations are benefiting from this merger. When you visit our St-Elie-de-Caxton showroom or our seasonal boutique at the Duché de Bicolline, you will now find a unified, upgraded selection featuring both Nemesis weapons and Artisans d'Azure gear.
