Description
Each section of the "Arthur" gambeson is stitched in a diamond-shaped pattern. This allows for good mobility despite the thickness of the protective padding. The vest is closed by four buckles at the front. Brass eyelets line the armholes and bottom hem to which the sleeves and tassets are attached. The collar is quilted in a smaller pattern to increase comfort and agility in the neck area. The elbows are additionally padded for extra protection. This gambeson is a great addition to any fighting character set, from simple militia to well-armed medieval soldier, or to be worn under a knight's plate armor. This complete ”Arthur” gambeson set includes the vest, sleeves and tassets. The "Arthur" series is padded and therefore very comfortable to wear under heavy armor.
