The Occultists
The Characters
On the banks of the Black River stand two silhouettes, the breath of the Straits of Dahamur lifting the flaps of their ceremonial coats, the pale flames in the stifling darkness all too familiar to them. Faë'lin and Valek await the others who dare bear the name Sicarius to discuss important decisions for the Terres d’Auquesse. Their duty as members of the Inquisition is to be as unstoppable as their arrows on the battlefield and as precise as the cursed sigils embedded in their skins. They must make their nation prosper by cultivating its occult knowledge of demonic pacts, an art as taboo as it is revered, forbidden and liberating.
Faë'lin looks up at the chaos stones that encircle the city of Garganesh. The pillars rip through the dark sky and the clouds dissipate to let the occultist see the stars. At the nape of her neck, a shiver that doesn't reach her skin shakes her, the feeling of being watched in the depths of her being takes her breath away. Her eye gazes into her lover's, the question about the feeling dying on her lips before it's even uttered.
Valek gives her a confident smile and takes her hand in his. His heart swells with inescapable faith in their many offerings. Soon, the Inquisitors will meet them, and their zeal for the Tenamuahc and the Great Khan of the Terres d’Auquesse will continue. Blood will flow freely, rage will inflame their bodies, war will punctuate their blows with the cries of the sacrificed, and death will strike their enemies. Such is the will of Tenamuahc.
The Costumes
Samuel, our sales coordinator from 2019 to 2025, and Jessica are a couple with a passion for fantasy and larp; and they intend to share it with their baby! Their costumes were designed as a duo to represent their characters from the Duché de Bicolline universe. We partnered with our couture team to create their customized coat to reflect their personalities down to the last detail: from the golden buttons with occult symbols to the cut of the coat inspired by their imagination, our team rose to the challenge to create this dazzling ensemble. We laser-cut additional symbols from leather and affixed them to the sides of the coats, as well as to the back, where the sign of their nation triumphs.
A wide range of medieval leather belts circles their waists and allows them to use their necessary equipment. Samuel chose to wear the Celtic belt in his guild's colors, while Jessica opted for a set of two nobleman belts. The artisan Isil created the fabulous grimoire inspired directly by the history of their characters. The noble's belts match the medieval accessory holders and coats of arms personalized with the symbols of their guild, family and nation. Finally, we've protected their Nemesis weapons, the news purple Kaos Sword and the Bramble Sword, from the elements with long leather black scabbards crafted by our leather team.
Samuel and Jessica can rely on the equipment to fulfill their various quests, whether diplomatic or occult, in an impressive and practical style!
