Description
Alaric chainmail hood is an armored coif similar to those that were used all over the Middle Ages by warriors of many cultures and creeds. This modern reproduction uses butted steel ring interlocking with four others, providing the iconic look of the medieval knight at an affordable price. This piece is best worn over a padded coif to provide a more historicaly accurate finish. It's a must have for men-at-arms, knights, crusaders, and rugged mercenaries in LARP, protecting the head, shoulders, and neck from foes in mock combat.
