They are flexible, strong and will superbly absorb continuous shocks. They are the heart (literally) of foam weapons and are essential to make them safe and durable. Carefully choose the rod's size to have the ideal strength and flexibility for all your LARPweapons, from daggers to swords, hammers and katanas!
