The chainmail dominance over historcal battlefield spreaded from the late days of the Roman Empire up to the late Viking Age, until it took a different shape at the turn of the millenium. This short sleeves chainmail is a darker adaptation of this historical classic, a perfect armor for dark legionnaries, savage Viking raiders, demonic soldiers, or shadow warrior in LARP.
