These chainmail leggings are crafted from aluminum round rings which have been dome-riveted; these rings alternate with solid flat rings of aluminum. The individual rings measure 10 mm in diameter and 16 gauge in thickness. The leggings have an integrated loop to hang them from a belt and a chainmail flap to cover the feet. Aluminum mail weighs much less than normal steel mail and is great for the customer or Ren Faire enthusiast who wants to wear mail for long hours without the weight and fatigue that comes with heavier mail.
