This pistol was created for Napoleon Bonaparte by his arms manufacturer Jean-Baptiste Gribeauval in St. Etienne in 1806, and has the Emperor's badge on the handle. Napoleon used it as a traveling pistol and being a double cannon, it provided a clear advantage against his opponents.
This replica of real wood and metal is an excellent game accessory for LARP or reenactment. The barrels are full and not functional for shooting. This heavy and intimidating pistol replica has two vertically aligned barrels, with two triggers, and two functioning firing mechanisms. It's the perfect weapon for a proud general, a king, or a belligerent officer at war.
